Introduction to the issue

Abstract

This issue gathers multidisciplinary contributions—spanning psychoanalysis, sociology, philosophy, and geopolitics—focused on the theme of conflict and its contemporary transformations. Starting from the question of the meaning of peace and its relationship with war and conflict, the introduction to the issue highlights how the contributing authors, through transdisciplinary intersection points, participate in the co-construction of a grammar of conflict, a liminal dimension of exchange that counters the purely destructive logic of war, thereby introducing the generative possibility of recognizing otherness.
