The Journal of Polisanalysis is established in 2025 as an expression of the School of Polisanalysis and the Post-graduate Training Course in Individual and Group Analytic Psychotherapy (S.P.A.I.G.), instituted in 2022 for the training of psychotherapists capable of responding to their ethical-professional mandate, which is understood by the Polisanalytic movement as "going where the individual's mind is located".

The Journal is published semi-annually (March-September) and its purpose is to provide a container in which to systematize and share experiences and reflections from faculty, trainees, and specialists from different fields of knowledge (including Psychology, Psychoanalysis, Pedagogy, Anthropology, Sociology, Economics, Ecology) in order to account for the therapist's action within an external/internal world which, to be understood, now more than ever needs to be observed through the lens of complexity.

Thus, the objective of the Journal of Polisanalysis is to contribute to the development and dissemination of the Polisanalytic Clinic of the Social model through research-intervention contributions, case studies, and reflections based on clinical material, which enter into a fruitful dialogue with contributions positioned on a theoretical-epistemological level, in order to open a 360-degree debate on the complexity of the contemporary socio-historical-cultural landscape.

Although the journal, as an expression of a community of mental health professionals, addresses clinicians, researchers, psychotherapists, educators, trainers, and social workers, in its broader intention, it aims to address the actors of the Polis, in order to create an agora where professionals from different academic and/or personal training paths can have a voice to contribute to the dialogue on the state of the art concerning the individual, the world, and their relationship.

Contributions within the published volumes are subjected to a double-blind peer-review process, in order to minimize possible interfering factors with adherence to editorial standards and refereeing norms, drafted in order to favor the originality, methodological rigor, and interdisciplinarity of the contributions.
